At Wol Verhalen, transparency is important to me. That's why I want to keep you informed about a change that affects where I can currently ship my orders.

What's changing?

I am temporarily limiting shipments to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany only. I am no longer able to ship to other countries for the time being.

Why?

New European legislation, the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) rules,  places strict requirements on businesses that ship physical goods across borders within the EU. These regulations require producers and sellers to register with and contribute to national waste management systems in each country they ship to.

To ensure I am fully compliant before resuming broader shipping, I have made the careful decision to temporarily focus on the countries where I am already registered and compliant: the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

What does this mean for you?

If you are based in one of these three countries, nothing changes, you can continue to order from Wol Verhalen as usual. If you are located elsewhere, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I am working hard to get everything in order and hope to welcome you back as a customer soon.
